What You Will Need to Get Custom Printed Restaurant Supplies

Steps to Customize - Making your business identity

So you have decided to take the next logical step to growing your business!

We believe branding is a long term investment in your own business. Creating a brand identity is not and should not be reserved only for big franchises. Here at CarryOutSupplies, our mission is to make it simple enough for anyone to develop their restaurant business. We are here to make your business identity come to life so that one day your business name may become a synonym for the products you sell!

Here's a quick rundown of what you will need for custom printed takeout supplies:

1. Artwork of your logo, design, slogan, etc.

Artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator files and in vector format. Any text in the artwork must be converted to outlines.

No worries if you do not have any concrete design ideas yet. Our in-house graphic design team can help you come up with an attractive design. Please note that if our designers have to come up with your business logo from scratch there may be a design fee associated. Otherwise, any refinement or adjustment to get the right look for your business is absolutely free.

2. Minimum order of 20,000 pieces per type and size are required for the initial order for most products. Some products may require a higher minimum. Please contact us for more details.

3. Deposit for electronic proof of custom print artwork. And deposit for half the amount of the total order prior to production.

4. 1 to 2 days for e-prooof to be created. 2 to 3 weeks for prototype to arrive after e-proof confirmation. 7 to 9 weeks for production lead time.


Typical work flow for a custom print order:

  1. Identify the specific products that you are interested in personalizing for your business
  2. Provide your logo, design, slogan, etc. Please note artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator files and in vector format. Any text in the artwork must be converted to outlines.
  3. Submit $300.00 deposit for preparation of electronic proof for each product. Deposit will be credited towards your order with CarryOutSupplies.com. However, please note in the event that no order is placed the deposit is nonrefundable.
  4. Review and confirm the e-proof of the artwork for your custom print.
  5. Once e-proof has been confirmed, a prototype of the custom printed product will be sent to you within 2 to 3 weeks after the order has been placed.
  6. Review and confirm the prototype. Any necessary changes or adjustments can still be made prior to confirmation. Confirm the prototype by signing the included form and sending it to our office.
  7. To begin production, a deposit of half the amount of the total cost of the entire order is required. Remaining balance of the order will be due and must be cleared when the products are shipped.
  8. Your very own takeout supplies will arrive in 7 to 9 weeks!

Additional order info:

  1. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. Checks are accepted as well, however, orders are not processed until checks are cleared.
  2. Because the products are specifically customized for your business, we cannot accept returns on customized products.
