Customer Satisfaction

At customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will do everything in our power to earn your satisfaction. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products and we will work with you to make every purchase a pleasant experience.

Shipping Policy

We ship our orders via UPS, FedEx or major regional freight company for large orders. Orders are typically shipped out from our facilities within 24 to 72 hours. We will provide timely order status updates via email and our online webstore. Shipment tracking info will be provided via email when available.

Undeliverable Shipments

Customer must provide valid shipping address and telephone number upon order checkout. Our shipping carrier will make several attempts to deliver your order. Typically, a shipment will be returned to us after 3rd delivery attempt. In the event your package is returned to us, you will incur a return shipping charge. We reserve the right to deduce this return shipping charge from any leftover balance from your order.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

We reserve the right to change prices and make any price corrections for products at any time. Please understand that any price reduction and promotion will not be applied to orders placed prior to price reduction or outside of promotional period.

Sales Tax

We abide by California state law to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to within California. Orders shipped outside of California may be exempt from sales tax.

We fully stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. Our products are manufactured under strict quality control to meet specific guidelines. If at any time you find that the product is unsatisfactory please contact us for assistance. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund. Please contact us for return authorization and instruction prior to shipping back any items. Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note: You are 100% responsible for returning the product to us. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund for the cost of the product only. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and email address for the purpose of fulfilling your order and to communicate with you about your order.
